Description of Site:
Opened in 2000 we are located 10 miles north of Stafford, the 20 acres of semi-natural ancient woodland and 7 acres of cut grass offer an ideal base for all sections of scouting and guiding movements.There are 2 main camping fields and 4 ferther Back-to-Basics sites located in the woods. Day visit overnight Hikes Weekend or longer you will find the site a tranquil haven set in the heart of Staffordshire.

Askey Lodge,5x8.4m timber building opposite the main camping field, fully equipped kitchen with 6 ring cooker fridge/freezer/small chest freezer microwave + dining facilities for 24/30, alternatively the building can be used as a base for day visitors.
Toilet Block, Male/Female/Disabled Toilets/Showers/Changing Areas All Tiled from Ceiling to Floor.2 Rooms Above Toilets Used for Meeting/Games/Emergency Accommodation.
