Description of Site:
A basic green field camp site set in 80 acres of woodland in the heart of Lancashire countryside. It offers all that is needed for camping, and is in a good position to explore the surrounding areas. Liverpool, Southport are reasonably close by.

We had a great week at Tawd Vale. The site staff were really helpful and friendly.
We didn't try many onsite activities, but the pioneering supplies are good and the orienteering course was good too.
Excellent supply of firewood, especially given the Pyromaniacs we have!
