We are sorry these guests were not satisfied with some of the activities at Walesby Forest. However we were not made aware of these issues at the time or before the group left, when remedial action could have been taken. Leaders choose activities that are suitable for their group from a range of over 30 and we are always happy to change these if not suitable.  The site is set in 250 areas of forest (one mile from end to end) and depending where a group camps there will be a journey to the various facilities and activities, again groups select the camp site of their choice and all details are included in our booking information and on the website. The max numbers per session on most activity sessions, including climbing, are 12 which is stated in the booking conditions, however, the group comprised 14 with only single sessions booked, resulting in less time for each individual. Our record on customer satisfaction is excellent with over 50,000 visitors annually and we are disappointed that the leader did not discuss any of these matters with us or leave a feedback questionnaire prior to departure.
